J & B Metal Fab is a Fabricator located in Nunica, Michigan, United States

J & B Metal Fab has provided laser cutting, metal forming, welding and light assembly services to a variety of industries for more than a decade. J & B Metal Fab can assist in the development of your design through prototyping and into production. Our president is a degreed mechanical engineer with more than a quarter-century of experience.

We have a pair of Mazak flatbed lasers, capable of handling 4 X 12 foot sheets of carbon or stainless steel and aluminum.

An 8 foot, 65 ton CNC brake press compliments our capability to provide formed metal products. We'll even make our own die sets to bend parts to your unique requirements.

Our trained and experienced staff uses spot, MIG and TIG welding to provide the complete, high quality, solution for your sheet metal fabrication needs. Installing weld nuts, PEM inserts, thread tapping, counter sinking . . . you name it, we've probably done it!

Working with local partners we provide CNC milling and turning, powder coating, painting, anodizing, sand blasting, silk screening and zinc plating.

Quality - Using our granite surface plates, height gages, calipers, micrometers, pin gages, radius gages, etc. we inspect every lot of parts for conformance to the customer drawing. First Article Inspection Reports and Material Certs are provided upon request.

J & B Metal Fab can work from your sketch, drawing (AutoCad, DXF or IGES file) or specification.

Delivery times are surprisingly short and our prices are very competitive.
